Casino Transaction List

This is the list of all casino-related transactions in the Evenbet system. You can use the search filters and drop-down lists to navigate through the report.

• # - the unique ID of the transaction in the Evenbet system.
• Provider Transaction ID – the ID of the transaction in the casino provider system.
• Casino Transaction ID – the ID of the casino transaction. Information about the casino transactions is saved into a separate table in the database, so casino transactions have a usual ID and a specific ID from this table. It is that specific casino transaction ID.
• Player Id – the ID of the user who made the bet/won the money.
• Player – the user who made the bet/won the money.
• Player Email – the email of the user.
• Type – the type of the transactions.
• Sub-type – the sub-type of the transaction.
• Provider – the casino provider.
• Game – the game played by the user.
• State – the current state of the transaction.
  • Accepted – the transaction is completed successfully.
  • Pending – the transaction is not completed at the moment. While it stays in this state, the balance of the related player remains the same (the money is not taken from/given to the player, example: Pended Tournament Entry Fee). If such transaction is confirmed, it changes its state to Accepted. If it is declined, then the status changes to Declined.
  • Declined – the transaction was declined; the money will not be given to the player/taken from him.
  • Draft – this is a draft transaction, which is used in two-phase deposits. Such transaction requires two confirmations: the first confirmation changes its state to Pending, and the second one makes such transaction Accepted. Not used for casino transactions.
  • Pending (Money Reserved) – such transaction is not completed yet, but the player's balance has already changed. If this transaction is confirmed, it changes its state to Accepted. If it is declined, then the status changes to Revert Declined.
  • Revert Declined – this is the state, taken by the Pending (Money Reserved) transaction if it is declined.
  • Error Committed – this state shows that there was an error during the processing of multi-phased deposit, and the player's balance has already been changed. Not used for casino transactions.
  • Error Uncommitted – this state shows that there was an error during the processing of multi-phased deposit, but the player's balance has not been changed. Not used for casino transactions.
  • Delayed – this state shows that the Return Cash transaction was delayed due to one of two reasons: 1) player being blocked; 2) exceeding the limit. NOTE: For blocked players, the return of funds can be stopped if the corresponding setting is enabled. • Date – the date when the transaction was created.
• Value – the amount of the transaction.
• Balance – the user’s balance after the completion of the transaction (bonus + real money balance)
• Bonus before – the bonus balance before the completion of the transaction.
• Bonus Balance – the bonus balance after the completion of the transaction.
• Spending priority – the type of balance priority that was used to process the transaction.
• Money type – the currency of the transaction.
• Value, System Currency (i.e. Value, EUR) – the amount of the transaction in System Currency. This column is displayed only if one of the active currencies is marked as System.
• Freespins Package ID – the ID of the used Freespins Package (if any).
• Notes – additional information about the transaction.
• Linked items – the linked Backoffice items (for instance, a pair transaction).

The Rows per page drop-down list can be used to define how many rows should be displayed on each page.
